Hello, I’m Will, and I bring over 25 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry to every project we take on at MB3 Restoration. My journey started as a trained carpenter, and over the years, that foundation evolved into a passion for crafting enduring, high-quality spaces—from full restorations to intricate detail work.
I’m deeply committed to precision and craftsmanship. As Co-Founder of MB3 Restoration, Gilberto combines deep operational insight with a passion for transformation to lead the company with purpose and precision.
With an MBA from the University of Miami and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Gilberto has also completed executive programs at Harvard and Oxford Universities, sharpening his expertise in leadership, strategy, and global business.

From budget management to client experience, he ensures every project runs efficiently and transparently—always with a people-first approach.
